Privacy

We only ask for what we need to make and deliver your order, and we keep it to ourselves.

What we collect

• At checkout: your name, email address, shipping address, phone number if you add one, the items you order and any order notes.
• With an account: your email, name, saved addresses and order history. Your password is stored scrambled (hashed), never as plain text.
• For personalised pieces: the text, photos or design details you send us, used only to make your piece.

Payments

Card numbers are handled by our payment processor and are never stored by us.

How we use it

We use your details to make, ship and support your order, and to answer you when you contact us. We share only what is needed with the services that help us do that, such as the shipping carrier that delivers your parcel.

We don’t sell your personal data.

Cookies

We use a cookie to keep you signed in, and your cart is saved in your own browser. If we switch on site analytics, Google Analytics also sets cookies to count visits.

Your choices

You can update your name, addresses and password in My Account. To ask for a copy of your data or for it to be deleted, contact us. To reach us, reply to any email we have sent you about your order, and include your order number (it starts with G3D-).
