Thank you for shopping with glow3d. These terms apply to orders placed on this website.
When you place an order, we review it before it goes into production. If we can’t make an item for any reason, we will let you know and you won’t pay for it.
Prices are in US dollars. Shipping is free on every order. Design Your Own and Custom Studio prices shown as estimates are confirmed with you before anything is charged.
Each piece is 3D-printed to order, so small layer lines and slight variations in colour and size are part of its character. Colours on screen can look a little different from the finished piece.
Indoor use only. Use with the included LED light and power cord (or USB cable); not a toy, so keep small parts and cords away from young children.
When you send us text, photos or plans for a personalised piece, please only send material you have the right to use.
See Shipping & Returns for delivery, returns and refunds, and Privacy for how we handle your details.
To reach us, reply to any email we have sent you about your order, and include your order number (it starts with G3D-).
